There are times we find ourselves in difficult situations and all we want to do is to pray. When we talk about divine help, most people may not really understand how powerful it might be in making waves in people’s lives.

How to Pray for Divine Help
Father, I come to You through Jesus Christ, my Personal Lord, and Saviour, requesting You to come to my aid and cancel every hurdle on my way.
You lovingly admonished me in Your word not to let anything bother me, instead, to persevere in prayer about everything, because You will answer me and show me great and mighty things which! do not know.
The Bible says in Psalm 46:1 that, “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble”. Omniscient Lord, I let all my tears and needs before You. Come to my rescue O Lord. Arise and scatter the enemies. You are the hope for the hopeless. Lord, deliver me.
I need a miracle in my life. God, surprise me because I depend on You. You are the God Who answered Jabez, Hannah, and King Hezekiah; You are my God, so answer me Lord. “Therefore, I will not fear, even though the earth is removed, and though the mountains are carried into the midst of the sea; though its waters roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with its swellings. There is a river whose stream shall make glad the city of God, the Holy place of the tabernacle of the Most High. God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God shall help her, just at the break of dawn” (Psalm 46:2-5).
Father, through Your words above, You are bigger than all things and because my life is hidden in Christ and Christ in You, I confess that I am above all challenges. In 2 Corinthians 3:17, the Bible says, “Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty”.
Father, I rely on the power of Your word in Luke 11:13 and ask for the Holy Spirit, so that I will enjoy my liberty over worries of life. I claim liberty as I go out and come in; Liberty in the day and liberty in the night.
I make this request in line with Your word in Romans 8:21-22, “The creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God; For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now”.
Father, let Your Holy Spirit guide and direct my understanding of your purpose for my life on earth. So I come to you, Father, with hope and expectations of the great works you will accomplish in my life.
Father, teach me and help me to be mindful and joyful in all the things You will bring my way. I believe in Your transformative power and that all things are possible with You.
The Bible says in Jeremiah 32:17, “Is there anything too hard for You?”. And “What is impossible with men is possible with God” as stated in Matthew 19:26.
Therefore I entrust my faith in You alone, the Rock of my Salvation; and I surrender my entire being and ability to You. Keep my focus on You as my Lord and Great Provider.
Father, help me to excel in life as Your child. Let my story be written by You. Please do not hide from me. I prostrate at Your amazing and holy throne for mercy and victory.
Answer my prayers and give heed to my supplications. Fill me with Your peace. Cleanse my eyes and strengthen my hands and feet to be alert and always detect in advance any obstacle that may obstruct my happiness.
Father, You are my life. Early will I seek Your holy face and help, my Redeemer. In accordance with Your word in Matthew 7:7-8, I confidently embrace Your Holy Spirit, mercy, and liberty against all crises that Satan has manufactured against my life.
Your words say, “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you; for everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds and to him who knocks it will be opened”. The Lord Most High has heard my cry for help. Amen. Halleluiah!
