8 Programming Languages That Offers Immediate Employment In Nigeria

In this article, we are going to list and explain programming languages that are very needed to access immediate employment in Nigeria and other parts of the world.

At the rate at which the world is growing digitally, everyone should have a good idea of programming and programming languages.

Looking at the world of today, those who have invented things that have to do with technology are making it very big and ruling a little world of their own.

The good thing about programming is that its jobs are not very competitive.

Under the current situation in Nigeria, we see people working in places that are totally unrelated to what they studied in school and performing very well.

But in the case of programming, no one from another field can take your job.

It is a skill we have to learn for a long time to understand the dynamics behind it. No one can learn programming while on a job if they don’t have at least basic knowledge about it.

SQL stands for Structural Query Language. It is a special-purpose programming language that is designed for managing data held in a relational database management system (RDBMS), or for stream processing in a relational data stream management system (RDSMS).

It is also very common, with variations in the like of Microsoft SQL and MySQL which are very common and broadly you in several applications.

6. Swift

Just some years back in 2014, Apple company Inc. decided to invent its own programming language. The output was Swift – a new programming language for iOS developers and OS X developers to build their next killer app.

Swift coding is very similar to C++ and Objective-C. Developers who already have C++ and Objective-C backgrounds will find Swift very interesting and easy to navigate around.

Some top companies that first adopted Swift are; American Airlines, Duolingo, and LinkedIn.

After that, the demand and need for Swift programming and programmers became high.

Stroustrup keeps a comprehensive list of applications written in C++. The list includes most Microsoft applications, Adobe, large portions of Mac OS/X, MongoDB databases, etc.

It is used in .NET applications and several others.
