Simply dial *321# and follow the onscreen instructions to enter the phone number, PIN, and the data amount you want to transfer. The process is user-friendly.

During the process you may be asked for your PIN, 0000 is your default PIN; you may need to include it before you can transfer data. For more security then you may consider changing the pin.

Note the following important details regarding 9mobile data transfer:

  • Only 9mobile subscribers can receive transferred data.
  • The recipient’s line must be an active 9mobile line.
  • You need to set a transfer PIN before you can initiate data transfers. The PIN instruction will show on the data transfer onscreen process.
